The Firefox Explosion It's fast, secure, open source - and super popular. The hot new browser called Firefox is rocking the software world. by Josh McHughPage Wired 13.02 - February 2005
You just had to tell me that, so now I've got to go and start removing all the links to all of your websites since you steadfastly refuse to fight the Evil Empire (a.k.a. Microsoft)...just kidding. Well I've gotten mixed results from Firefox as well, although I'm confident that it's more secure than IE...but I guess that really doesn't matter to you since, as I recall, you've never purchased anything on-line. One site that Firefox performs very poorly with is SunniPath.com, especially the e-mail section. However, my weblog looks much better in Firefox. For some reason, IE really makes it look bad. I'm in the process of trying to make all of the HTML and CSS on the page comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3c.org) standards in the hope that this will make the pages look better in IE. If not, I may junk my current template and go with something that's almost all white or light gray.
UZ: Have you ever tried Mozilla itself? It's a rather more mature product than Firefox.
There is one thing that really bugs me about those browsers, which is that the cursor actually sits over part of the letter it's resting on, rather than to its right. If they fixed that, there'd be no competition ...
yes, I have mozilla. I stopped using it after the firefox and thunderbird disasters. I felt like I was being burned or something. AR, your page looks fine to me in IE.

I hate Firefox. I actually went back to IE after using it.

As-salaamu 'alaikum,
FF's customizable site search and weather plug-in got me. I'm hooked. Btselem's new site hiccups but I've had no other problems.
